Commercial One Realtors as a trade name is just over twenty years old, but our people and reputation for professionalism can be traced through our heritage to the two oldest real estate firms in Central Ohio. Commercial One Realtors is one of the oldest commercial brokerages in Central Ohio with continuous operations in the Central Ohio market place since 1912.

Following the merger between Holzer-Wollam and Associates and King Thompson Realtors in the mid 80's, a decision was made to further distinguish between the residential and commercial real estate services provided by the King Thompson/Holzer-Wollam family of companies.

In 2008, Commercial One merged its operations with RZ Realty in our most recent effort to evolve with the ever-changing real estate market. RZ Realty's commercial, investment and industrial brokerage and property management activities were integrated with Commercial One's and will continue to operate as Commercial One. RZ Realty's residential brokerage activities will continue to operate as RZ Realty, with the goal being to expand our ability to serve buyers, sellers and lenders in their needs related to single-family homes, condominiums and R.E.O. assignments.

The Commercial, Investment and Industrial activities have combined with Property Management, and Business Sales and Acquisition under the new name of Commercial One Realtors. Our reputation within the Central Ohio business community is one of the best established and most professional organizations serving the commercial, investment and industrial real estate marketing needs of our region. Although we are best known for structuring complex transactions, we have built our reputation upon the many successes achieved with our clients of all sizes.
