Overview
An education focused in accounting and finance combined with a 25-year career as an owner, manager and advisor for small and mid-size businesses are the foundation upon which my career as a merger/acquisition intermediary has been built. Experience obtained as a principal and intermediary in the acquisition, sale, and merger of hundreds of business merger & acquisition transactions helps to ensure that my client's objectives will be achieved professionally, confidentially and expeditiously.

In the course of a 25-year career, my partners and I have started a number of businesses, grown our businesses via mergers and acquisitions and spun-off or sold numerous businesses for our clients as well as our own account. This involvement as both a business owner and intermediary has provided an invaluable understanding of the issues surrounding the sale of privately held businesses including valuation, successful deal structures and the many pitfalls to be avoided in the merger/acquisition marketplace.
