Overview:
Through my years of experience in sales and property management, I have managed a portfolio of assets worth over $100,000,000. I have consulted on due diligence for the acquisition of multi-family properties for a portfolio valued over $1 Billion. I was the sole owner of RZ Realty, a full service real estate company, for over 14 years. In May, 2008,
RZ Realty merged with Commercial One Realtors. The merger allowed me to focus on commercial/multi-family sales and property management.

I believe in hard work, strong ethics and quality management. I strive to uphold these qualities both professionally and personally.

Lastly, I am involved with many charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Realty Care Day, Toys for Tots and Lions Club. My goal in life is to be successful in faith, family and work. My dedication is to my clients and their goals.
