Overview:
After a successful 35 year career in retail management, both in department and specialty stores, Chris changed his focus into the real estate field, first in the retail area and most recently into the commercial area and business brokerage. While in the retail real estate field, he located, negotiated and opened over 40 women's apparel shops for a United Kingdom client in major malls in the northeastern US.In addition he opened 12 Ralph Lauren / Polo shops in major malls from Minneapolis to New Orleans and St. Louis to Stamford, Connecticut.
